| The
Goldblock Redevelopment Project - Phase I
The Tolman and Belkin buildings consist of 21,300 square
feet of commercial and residential space in a two-story,
two-building structure along Munroe Street in downtown
Lynn, Massachusetts. It used to be occupied by Pennyworths
and Belkins Stationery. Beginning in March 2000, Phase
I of the Goldblock Redevelopment Project redeveloped
these buildings creating 11,300 square feet of Class
A office space and 10,000 square feet of residential
space in the form of seven two-bedroom apartments.
This property is strategically located within one block
of an MBTA Commuter Rail station, with access to a 1,000-space
parking garage. It is also less than two blocks from
a major grocery store, laundromat and a variety of boutique
restaurants.
